ASTM D86 BORO and QUARTZ DISTILLATION FLASKS for Automatic Distillation Analyzers
Standard Distillation Flasks

Standard flasks are 215mm tall x 100mm long plain side arm. These are the most commonly used flasks on many ADA’s (except OptiDist – see below).

Distillation Flasks

Distillation flasks are 215mm tall x 100mm side arm with Ring (OptiDist). The side arms on these flasks have a ring that seals into a silastic sleeve

Distillation Flasks with Standard Joint on Neck

The below flasks have a ground standard taper joint at top of flask neck. Both joints are 19mm ID, but one is 22mm long (Europe), and the other is 26mm long (USA), but both fit S/T 19mm male joints. All flasks are 215mm tall with 100mm long side arms.

Distillation Flasks with Reinforcing Brace on Plain Side Arm

A solid glass rod brace is fused between the neck and side arm to strengthen the side arm. Flask are 215mm tall with 100mm long side arm.

Distillation Flasks with Reinforcing Brace on Ringed Side Arm

These flasks are the same as above except with seal ring for OptiDist

Distillation Flasks, 200 mL, for ASTM D850 and D1078

Below are listed Borosilicate and Quartz Flasks used for these tests.
The flasks are 179mm tall overall, and the side arm is 100mm long.
These are available with side arms that are 127mm long as well.

Glass 10 mL Micro Distillation Flasks, ASTM D7345

These are 10 mL Micro Distillation Flasks for PAC and ISL MicroDist, made to method specifications. Reference IS0 3405, ASTM D4814, D975, D1655, D7566.

Glass 100 mL Receivers and Bases for Automatic Distillation Analyzers ASTM D86

Ramin’ manufactures precision glass 100 mL Receivers and Metal bases for all makes and models of Auto Distillation Analyzers. Where permitted by instrument features, we form a thickened glass bead on the bottom of the glass receivers for strength to resist breaking while inserting base, but some designs do not permit this.

Of special importance are the new Ramin’ Safety Bases. To deal with the hazard and frustration of bases freezing in receivers due to swelling of O-rings, we have developed a thin TFE sheath to shroud a redesigned metal base configuration, such that the bases may be easily and safely inserted and removed, and that O-rings will not swell and be attacked with rinsing solvents. See Safety Base listings below.

Glass 100 mL Receivers for Specific Auto Distillation Analyzers

Ramin’ manufacturers these precision glass 100 mL receivers to original manufacturer’s specifications, and as permitted by instrument features, will form a thickened glass bead to strengthen the bottom.
